Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail box accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mails according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one email account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply choose the e-mail account you want to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
